Education​​

I am proud to have earned my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, a milestone that reflects my deep commitment to the healthcare field. I am currently continuing my education to further expand my knowledge and impact. I am passionate about improving both patient experiences and the systems that support healthcare professionals, and I strive to be part of meaningful, lasting change within the industry.

My Career

I began my journey at Unboxed Grace Counseling in March 2026 as an Administrative Assistant and have since grown into my current role as Operations Manager. With over six years of experience in the medical field, I bring a well-rounded background that spans both clinical and administrative settings.

I have always had a strong passion for patient advocacy, but it was during my time working in the ER throughout the COVID-19 crisis that I discovered a deeper calling for mental health advocacy. That experience shaped my perspective and continues to drive the work I do today.

My background includes working directly with patients in physician offices, serving on the front lines in the ER, and supporting care as a phone nurse. These roles have given me a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and strengthened my commitment to supporting both patients and providers.

I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana with my husband and children. Family is at the center of everything I do and continues to inspire my dedication to helping others and creating positive change in both my personal and professional life. In my free time, I enjoy photography, which has grown into a small side hustle and a creative escape.
